We decided that residential lettings should be brought up to date with a new friendly, personal yet professional approach, so this was the basis for Rentwell. We opened in Bungay in July 2007 and operate in the Waveney area, covering Bungay, Beccles, Harleston, Halesworth, Loddon and surrounding villages.
We have knowledge of the local housing market, suitability of properties and experience in landlord and tenant law and are landlords ourselves!
