As of the 20th July, current Manager Susie Remblance will be leaving to start her maternity leave and work from home on other business projects.
We would like to welcome Emma Dickerson as the new Office Manager. She has joined us from a Letting Agent in Norwich and brings a wealth of experience with her. She is glad to be back in her home town of Bungay and looks forward to meeting all clients both old and new.
Luke Scriven celebrates one year with us which coincides with the first anniversary of the Fieldside merger.

Two Bungay letting agents have joined forces. Following a good first years trading, Rentwell Ltd and Fieldside Lettings Agency are merging and they will be managing a considerable portfolio It will make them one of the largest specialist letting agencies in the area. They will be based at the existing Rentwell Office premises at 17 Market Place, Bungay NR35 1AP and offer Landlords an informative friendly service when letting out their properties. We will be able to provide Tenants with a wide choice of properties to rent.
Owner of Fieldside, Yvonne Packe said: “My husband, Robert Packe, is getting older and wants an easier life. He will be overseeing the transfer of all Fieldside records to the offices of Rentwell and will be available for the next year to deal with any queries that may arise. I will be playing a major part in the merger. I will be ensuring the smooth transferral of all our Landlords properties and will continue to be available for the forseeable future. The existing Fieldside Landlords will see no change in the way that their properties are managed. I see a great future in the amalgamation of the two Letting agents and am still contactable on our telephone number, 01986 893461, which is being transferred to the Rentwell offices on the 1st August.”

Meet the team
Susie Remblance MARLA – Manager
Manager, Susie Remblance, has worked in Residential Lettings for many years, and was based in Norwich before moving to the Waveney area, which is where she now lives. She is an individual member of ARLA, is on the Bungay Chamber of Trade and Commerce, and is the Lettings Committee member for the Norfolk branch of the NAEA. She is a landlord herself, and is currently spending time updating her own home.
Luke Scriven – Negotiator
Luke, being relatively new to the company, is dedicated to furthering his knowledge of the lettings industry including landlord and tenant law. He has attended meetings and training courses to help his learning and has already proved himself to be a valued member of the Rentwell team.
Beverley Stevens – Accounts
With over 20 years accounts experience, Beverley controls the companies finances. She is an integral part of the team at Rentwell.
